Therapist websites and systems built to work with your ADHD brain

You became a therapist to help people—but the reality of running a practice can feel overwhelming, exhausting, and hard to keep up with.

I help therapists with ADHD reduce overwhelm by building simple, sustainable websites and systems that work with how their brains function.

You might be feeling like:

  • You’re constantly trying to stay on top of everything—but never quite catching up.

  • You feel mentally and socially depleted at the end of the day.

  • Documentation, emails, and admin tasks feel overwhelming or easy to avoid.

  • You’ve tried systems that worked for a short time… and then fell apart.

  • You feel anxious about everything you might be forgetting.

  • You can show up fully for your clients, but not for everything else your practice requires.

  • If this sounds familiar, you’re not alone—and it’s not a reflection of your ability as a therapist.

Why I created Clearly You

I’ve been there.

I ran a successful therapy practice for nearly a decade. From the outside, everything looked like it was working—but internally, I was overwhelmed and exhausted.

By the end of the day, my social battery was completely depleted. The things people recommend for self-care didn’t feel realistic. I found myself isolating from friends because I couldn’t imagine having one more conversation.

At the same time, I felt constantly stressed about everything I might be forgetting—CEU deadlines, client emails, policies, billing, and waitlists.

I knew I was capable. I had built something meaningful. But everything felt harder and more draining than it should have.

After my ADHD diagnosis, I spent years learning, experimenting, and trying different approaches. Through treatment, training, and support, I started to build systems that actually worked for my brain.

The biggest shift was realizing that nothing was wrong with me. My brain works differently—and most systems are built for neurotypical people.

When I let go of that judgment, I became more open to trying new approaches, even if they weren’t perfect. That’s when things started to feel more sustainable.

This work is different

It’s about reducing overwhelm and creating systems that actually support you.

In this work, we focus on:

  • understanding how your brain naturally works

  • identifying where your current systems break down

  • simplifying what feels complicated

  • building realistic, sustainable ways to manage your practice

You likely already have strengths and patterns that work—you just haven’t been shown how to use them in this context.

How we can work together

Reduce Overwhelm in Your Practice

We focus on things like scheduling, documentation, communication, and task management—so your practice feels more manageable and sustainable.

This is not therapy or ongoing coaching. It’s practical, focused work designed to help you create systems you can actually maintain.
